How to store natural oils so they stay fresh
Light, heat and air are the enemies of good oil. Five simple habits to keep every bottle at its best.
Unrefined oils contain no added preservatives, so a little care keeps them tasting fresh to the last drop.

- Keep bottles in a cool cupboard, away from the stove.
- Close the cap tightly after each use.
- Avoid direct sunlight — it speeds up spoilage.
- Pour into a small dispenser for daily use and keep the main bottle sealed.
- Use within the best-before date printed on the bottle.
Is a little sediment normal?
Yes. Because our oils are naturally settled rather than chemically refined, a fine layer of sediment can appear. It's a sign of minimal processing.
