In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- In case, the buyer cancels the order online before the product has been shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded.
- In case, the item ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to the buyer, the order can still be cancelled. The amount after deduction of 15% of the total order amount will be refunded. The refund will be processed, once NDR receives the originally ordered item back intact from the courier.
- However, the order once delivered cannot be cancelled in any case.
- If by any chance, the buyer refuses to receive the product or if the parcel gets Return to Origin (RTO) due to wrong address or buyer’s unavailability, 15% of the total order amount will be deducted and money will be refunded.

If paid by credit card/debit card / UPI, refunds will be issued to the original credit card/debit card / UPI provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
