In our day-to-day life, we stray away from our Traditions and
Culture, so we suffer plenty in terms of diseases.

With a dream to provide people with healthier alternatives to food and lifestyle, ConnectRoots was founded in December 2019.

Our managing director, Dr. Santosh N. Nemade is an Engineering professor by profession. At the age of 34, he suffered from a severe heart attack. His wife Mrs. Aparna Nemade at the age of 30 suffered from a cardiac valve problem. This completely changed their lifestyle and food habits. They become more health cautious. From this point, their quest for a healthier lifestyle began.

When they started to find out the exact reason why this had happened, they realized that clots in the blood vessels are the main cause. These clots are formed due to various reasons such as consumption of excessive saturated fatty acids, high blood pressure, inappropriate carbohydrate intake, an excessive amount of calcium in the blood, and, most importantly, unbalanced levels of omega-6 and omega-3 acids. After a bit of research, they identified the 3 main items in an average Indian diet that can regulate all the above factors – Oil, Salt, and Sugar.
